Create your profile, sign up here
Check your inbox for our verification email (check your junk folder if you can't see the email).
Click the link 'Verify Email' and instantly activate your account.

Troubleshooting: I am not receiving the verification email

Double-check you've entered or registered the correct email address.
Check your email's spam or Promotions (for Gmail) folders. If you found the email in these folders, mark them as "not spam" to make sure you receive future emails in your inbox.

Adding gifts a form of "tipping"

Virtual gifts are a great way for your followers to support you financially. You will need to add your payout details before offering gifts.

Adding Gifts:

Log in to your Direct.me profile editor
Scroll to the Virtual Gifts section and click 'Set up payout details' or if you have already added your payout details, proceed to step 3

Click '+’ in the Virtual Gifts section

Choose from the list animated gifts and click '+ Add this’

Set your price.
Click 'Publish Item'
Add more gifts by repeating the steps above

Removing or editing gifts:

Click the 'Gift' you want to edit

Change the Price
Choose who can see your gifts - Everyone, Your Followers, Only People you follow
Remove gift click 'Delete It here'
Then click 'Save Changes'

Received a Direct Access order, now what?

Where do I receive orders?

You will receive an email when you receive an order. Simply click that the link in your email to be taken to the order or visit your Direct.me inbox. Paid request will be marked with a payment icon. All information about that request can be found in that message. If you have any questions or clarifications you can simply respond to that message to communicate directly with your customer.

How fast do I get paid?

You will receive payment 7 days after you complete the request.

How long do you have to complete a order?

You will have up to 7 days to complete your request. IF a request is not fulfilled within the 7 days the order will automatically be canceled and any hold or charge will be refunded, and the temporary hold on your debit/credit card will be released.
