After receiving a Direct Access order
Where do I receive orders?
You will receive an email when you receive an order. Simply click that the link in your email to be taken to the order or visit your Direct.me inbox. Paid request will be marked with a payment icon. All information about that request can be found in that message. If you have any questions or clarifications you can simply respond to that message to communicate directly with your customer.
How fast do I get paid?
You will receive payment 7 days after you complete the request.
See to payout transactions, recent activity and balances click menu > wallet
How long do you have to complete a order?
You will have up to 7 days to complete your request. IF a request is not fulfilled within the 7 days the order will automatically be canceled and any hold or charge will be refunded, and the temporary hold on your debit/credit card will be released.
In the event, your order has expired we encourage you to message your fan to place another order.
Rejecting an order.
In the event you can not or wish not to complete any request simply click *Reject request". The order will automatically be canceled and any hold or charge will be refunded, and the temporary hold on your debit/credit card will be released.
Once an order is rejected, there is no way to re-enable it.
